		<description>Good advice, although I don't know anyone who would still use a script while phone prospecting. It seems like these days, if I heard someone reading a script over the phone I would simply hang up right away. These tips would definitely work better with a consumer like myself.</description>

Respect to those that enter the game as they're only doing their job but you'd have to be a mightly fine sales person to lift me out of my cynical state.</description>
