Everyone, from the newly enrolled marketer to the seasoned network marketing veteran attends the Convention to share new products, company news, and unrivaled training on how to become successful in your network marketing business!

Where else are you going to find all the leaders of your company in one spot? And, so accessible to get those pearls of wisdom?

Learning Through Audio and Video Trainings

If you’re not able to attend company events and trainings, the the next best way to learn from the leaders is to listen to and watch the training materials created by those leaders. Sometimes, company’s will create a video from the Convention highlights giving you the feeling that you are actually there with them. You can learn a lot by listening to a CD recording of a training, or a video demonstration of the new products.

Which Leaders Should You Follow?

You should seek guidance and training from leaders who have what you want. Don’t worry about whether they are in your direct upline. A true leader will help you no matter which line you’re in. Look at how they build their network marketing business - Is it ethical? Is it effective? Is it duplicatable? These are the things that should guide your decision on which leaders to follow.

So if you feel you need more guidance in your business, or are a network marketing orphan left without a leader of your own, then go after the help you need by attending events, especially the Convention, and listening to what works for the leaders.
