For three decades Tony Robbins the world authority on leadership psychology has passionately pursued answers to the question of why people do what they do and what holds them back from living life on their own terms. What he has discovered in working directly with more than three million people from 80 countries is that each of us holds the power to change anything in a moment - and experience more joy and fulfillment in our lives! - just by changing the way we think!
Here’s your prescription for a healthy mental attitude:
- Read every day
- Listen to 30 minutes of positive people
- Write your goals daily
- Keep a gratitude journal (Corny - I know, but just do it. It works!)

Thanks for the article. I have one of TR’s audios, but honestly haven’t given myself the opportunity to listen to it. I think it’s the Animal Within or something like that. I occasionally have issues keeping myself motivate.

Great post, I am really inspired by your tips & I agree that writing your goals daily & keeping a journal is effective. It really worked for me. Before going to sleep, I lay down on my bed & think about the whole day, It’s like whole summary for the day then, I pick up the main points that is, what mistakes I did or what do i want most & how m i going to get it. I write it down on journal & when i wake up, I check my Journal & start working for a better day
