		<description>Great tip! I always enjoy working into the team and I think with teams we can achieve more. I would prefer going with 1 experienced member with 3 new people so that even after being trained, they have any other questions or gets confused seeing some situation which wasn't covered into the training, they can ask for help from the senior-most member.</description>
