Creating Network Marketing Teams Builds Accountability
In any network marketing business, it can get tricky trying to balance enrolling new people with training and helping existing members. But, every good leader knows you must do both. You can’t stop building or the business will decline and start to go backwards on you. And, you can’t neglect the people who’ve been your bread and butter from the start, so how do you do it all?
Leverage! Let me explain…
Leverage Your Time with Teams
Leverage your time by grouping similar members together. You can create teams of two or four or more. But, its important to leverage your time and your group members time by letting them help each other. So you don’t always have to explain every aspect of the business to each person for ever and ever!
Team members can work together to invite prospects, show presentations, follow-up with leads, and share experiences on what works and what doesn’t. If the team has a question, then they can call you for a question and answer session which will help all team members at once.
Teams are the perfect solution to any network marketing business that has a surge of growth, because you can get 4 times as much accomplished if 4 people are working together. Then you can train the team, instead of the individual.
How to Group People
You can even team up people where you have a more senior member with newer members. In this team, the new people learn from the more experienced members, and the experienced members get a renewed sense of excitement from the newer enrollments.
It’s always best to team up people who are in the same line, so they all make money from the efforts of the others on their team. This will spur them on to really want to help each other so they can all make more money together.
If you have a lot of people in your network marketing business that really want to work, you can team up stay-at-home moms, people in the same geographic area, or people trying to achieve the same level or income goal. I’m sure you can come up with even more ways to group together your organization to leverage time and effort!
