In every network marketing business, there comes a time when you find yourself wanting success for your people more than they want it for themselves. Or, maybe you’re depending on them to come through and achieve the next status level, or enroll more people. If you’ve developed a large enough network marketing organization, I’m sure you’ve had those months when the size of your check was riding on one guy doing what he said he was going to do.

Get someone new! Get someone hungry! Get someone who will pull the rope in the same direction with you so everyone can advance together.
